After many months of work the clubhouse of the bowls club was re-opened officially by the Ladies President of Bowls Surrey Pam Lawrence on Saturday. Originally built towards 100 years ago, this building includes a wonderful wooden veranda of traditional style. The clubhouse has under gone substantial refurbishment over the winter months. All of the decorating work done by the members themselves. The club which is renowned for not only bowls but a very active and friendly social side has around 90 members and is seeking to expand.
