New members are always welcome

You don't have to join straight away. Every Monday at 6.30pm, between May and September, we hold our regular Club night and bowls drive; you are welcome to come down and meet the members and club captains. We can then arrange a time to introduce very new players to the game with free coaching from qualified instructors; this will give you a chance to try the game before committing yourself to join as full members. New members also enjoy a 50% reduction in their first year's fees.  More experienced bowlers are also welcomed and can be incorporated into the club's fixtures as soon as they feel ready to take part. Our men's invitation day was extremely successful, in no small measure because of the smashing weather we all enjoyed and to the superb meal laid on by our catering team, Barbara, Barbara and Jeni. Thanks to everyone who made it such a success. Lets hope we are as lucky with our Ladies and Mixed invitation days yet to come.  We look forward to sharing our superb facilities with all visiting teams during the rest of the season.
